In case you were wondering, of course there's a fan-made mod in the works for Fallout 4. One that aims to recreate the entirety of Fallout: New Vegas in the updated Creation Engine. No small task to be sure, and a project big it may never see the light of day. But even so, as per a fresh batch of holiday screens and a new video the New Vegas mod for Fallout 4 is something we can all get behind in the year 2018.

Especially when every effort is going into creating a true New Vegas experience. As seen in the new systems and gameplay video below, everything from the Pip Boy to the skill and item systems are being changed to better suit New Vegas.

So then, why even bother with the mod? Well, outside of the notable visual improvements being made there's the whole thing about the original New Vegas kind of being too ambitious for the Fallout 3 engine.

So stay up to date on this project be sure to follow or keep tabs on the TeamF4NV Facebook page.
