Finally! Perhaps the greatest of all the Mega Mans, Mega Man X is coming back in 2018 with Capcom announcing that next year fans will be "revisiting some of the most noteworthy games in the series’ history". And as fans, we can't wait.

All eight games from the futuristic Mega Man X series are coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 system, Xbox One, and PC in Summer 2018. The X series introduced features such as powerful armor upgrades and wall-jumping, with more mature themes in this action platforming series.

Sweet music to our ears. And not that we'd call the X series more mature, it's just an overall more fun version of Mega Man to play. with less of an emphasis on precision platforming and more on abilities and cool futuristic set-pieces.

This announcement cam overnight, alongside the new-look Mega Man 11 coming late 2018.
