When it launches next year Ubisoft's Far Cry 5 will debut with an online co-op mode called "Friends for Hire", where players can team up and tackle any of the missions available to free Hope County from the Project at Eden’s Gate cult. All player experience and data will be tracked in the mode, but only the host's single-player story progress.

In any event the open world of Far Cry 5 looks incredible and will no doubt provide a tonne of fun in co-op. Check it out.

Far Cry 5 will be available February 27th, 2018.
