Yeah, you've probably got a copy of KOTOR (and that Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic for those who just woke up from a 15 year coma) on Steam. Or GOG. Or your smart phone. But the BioWare classic made its debut on the original Xbox. And now it's available to play on Xbox One alongside several other original Xbox games.

And it looks and runs better on modern hardware.



The first batch of backwards compatible titles are as follows:

  • Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge
  • Dead to Rights
  • Fuzion Frenzy
  • Grabbed by the Ghoulies

More Xbox titles are expected to be added to the program in 2018.

Good to see. I am going to mod this original xbox I got off a friend. I'm waiting for a controller or USB cable and Mechassault game so I can softmod it.

Mech Assault was fun. Shen Mue 2, Crazy taxi, Soul Calibur
