According to a new report over at Kotaku, apparently over 30 people at the 200 or strong studio Volition have been let go. Including general manager Dan Cermak. The report cites multiple sources and the fact that the studio's most recent title Agents of Mayhem failed to meet sales expectations.

Volition, who rose to prominence with the Saints Row series was bought by publisher Deep Silver after THQ's collapse in 2013. We reviewed the studio's most recent effort, Agents of Mayhem, here.
