With id software and Bethesda targeting those numbers to ensure a constant and smooth performance for DOOM's handheld debut. Yeah, it's crazy to think that they've managed to fit the entire single-player game and Arcade Mode on a 16GB cartridge, but they did. No doubt it will feature some visual compromises compared to the high-end PC version, but this is still impressive news none the less.

Here's some off-screen footage of DOOM on Nintendo Switch captured by Gamespot. Not the best way to get an idea of how a game looks, but performance-wise it looks good.



The multiplayer side will also be available, but as a separate 9GB download.
