Say what you want about Destiny and the soon-to-be-released Destiny 2 (this time on PC), one thing that is pretty standard for the big-budget series, is that it has a big budget. Literally. And as proof, Activision and Bungie have let loose a pretty epic live action trailer ahead of game's release next month, and we just had to share it because it is pretty cool.

Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts (Kong: Skull Island), this two-plus minute live action launch trailer starts off a bit cheesy, but eventually gets to gloriously-shot sci-fi heavy action and with Beastie Boys backing, it does kind of make me want to have a look back in on the game. So I guess it's kind of doing its job.

For actual REAL coverage of what to expect from Destiny 2 though, head on over to our recently-posted pre-launch hands-on impressions posted last week.
