On all platforms - PC, PS4, and Xbox One - on July 27. Currently only playable on the Overwatch PTR on PC, Doomfist's release into the wild represents the end of years of speculation and player's wondering when they'd be able to don the Gauntlet.

And to celebrate the announcement Blizzard has released a great new behind the scenes video on the character, his place in the Overwatch universe, and what it took to finally bring him into the fold.



As part of Overwatch lore since the very first teaser trailer, the wait for Doomfist is almost over.
