Officially, EA Play is held across town from E3 proper and isn't actually part of the show. It's EA's way of holding its own event for press and fans that just so happens to be pretty much what everyone else will be doing a few hours later down the street. So yeah, it's basically the first scheduled E3 Hype Train more or less. Star Wars Battlefront II, Need for Speed, Sports! Stream link after the jump.

EA Play kicks off bright and early at 5am AEST.
