With development being handled by Team NINJA, the game will make its debut in early 2018 exclusively for the PlayStation 4. With no real idea on what constitutes a game in the Dissidia series, judging from the trailer it looks like a whole lot of giant damage numbers appearing on screen. And epic close-ups of characters like Cloud 'Giant Sword' from Final Fantasy VII.

Not that you can tell but apparently its a 3v3 battle game.

Albeit, with a very Japanese flavour.
