Not to be confused with the upcoming retro-inspired Sonic Mania, which provides new levels in the style of the 16-bit originals, Sonic Forces is the the bigger, fully-3D Sonic game coming this holiday season for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PC, and Xbox One. When gameplay footage debuted for Sonic Forces it looked like a more Sonic Generations behind the hedgehog point of view affair. And now it looks to be a mixture with a new video showcasing some classic side-view Green Hill Zone gameplay.

Even though this might not be the first or second or third time you've seen Sonic running around Green Hill Zone, it would most likely be the most visually impressive version to date.
