With Patch 2.5.0 bringing some long-awaited additions to the game, including the Armory, a crafting material revamp, players no longer being limited to what Acts they want to complete bounties in, a Greater Rift tile set shake-up, and the introduction of Primal Ancients. Which are items with perfect rolls that will only drop for those that have completed a Greater Rift 70.
It doesn't stop there though with Seasons finally making their way to PS4 and Xbox One next week. And a friendly reminder that the Necromancer is coming. On the Necromancer front Blizzard has noted that the new character class is on track for launch in the second half of 2017, and will come alongside a rather hefty free update to the game that will include new zones, a new mode called Challenge Rifts, and more. The Necromancer will be sold separately though and will come bundled with a number of cosmetic items.
In the meantime, they've detailed some of the Necromancer's moves that you can check out here. Which, includes Blood Nova.
And the return of the Blood Golem. A pet that will sacrifice itself in a gory fashion only to reconstitute itself in an equally gory fashion.
