After weeks of rumours and speculation, and a few teases by Blizzard, significant changes have been made to the Numbani map on the PTR that hint towards a major Overwatch story event (or, new hero) coming very soon. What sort of changes? Well the starting area, the airport lounge, has been trashed with an OR15 defense robot embedded in a wall. Plus, the Doomfist gauntlet has officially been stolen.

Add in the following tweet, from child prodigy Efi Oladele, and all signs point to a reveal of some sort of new robot character. We think. Now, up to this point many were expecting the next hero to be Doomfist, but Game Director Jeff Kaplan has stated that the next hero may be a surprise to most. So our money is on a new robot.

Whatever is happening in the land of Overwatch though, we're hoping that we get a full reveal soon.
