With 5% going to streamers and 70% to developers/publishers. The announcement by Twitch looks to integrate sales with the online streaming platform in the coming months that will incentivise sales with bonus Twitch crates in addition to copies of games. Publishers already announced include Ubisoft, Paradox, Telltale Games, Digital Extremes, and Hi-Rez Studios. Games sold through Twitch will be downloaded and played through the Twitch Launcher or through existing services.

Twitch has stated that the first batch of games coming in the next few months will include dozens of titles. As to what effect this will have on existing Twitch Streams is unknown, but looks to be a clear indication of where Amazon looks to be taking the popular streaming service in the near future.
