But on the plus side, the game is getting the original U.S.S. Enterprise as seen in the landmark television series from the 1960s. In addition to the game's brand new creation, the U.S.S. Aegis. Star Trek: Bridge Crew's appeal is simple, it allows four players to team up on the bridge of a star-ship and take on the roles as depicted across the many Star Trek films and televised series'. In cutting edge Virtual Reality -- i.e. the poor man's Holodeck.

So yeah, it's basically a dream come true for those that enjoy wearing plastic Vulcan ears.



That being said it does sound pretty great, and the added cross-play feature between the PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift versions is an impressive feature in its own right.

Ugh that video is not inspiring. So much of it is celebrity endorsements and the few in game scenes look super dated :(
