Recent entries in the Final Fantasy series have been weird, there's no denying that. Even for those us that understand basic gameplay concepts like questing, talking to NPC's, and battling monsters. Final Fantasy XV, perhaps the weirdest entry in the series yet, with its mix of Americana, fantasy, sci-fi, and questionable hairstyles, seems to have broken late night personality Conan O'Brien's perception of what constitutes a videogame.

In a new, and quite funny video, both Conan and Frodo-himself, Elijah Wood, struggle to understand what's happening on screen. Check it out.

I was as confused during the E3 press conference for it. I just can't get excited for the FF series anymore, either. Western RPGs have definitely spoiled me

Great video. Good old Conan giving it a go. I won't touch this with a 20ft barge pole though. It's weird and not turn based.

I can't usually stand Conans humour when it comes to his video game segments, but he completely mirrors my thoughts on what they've done to this title. Also, take a look at the Xbox E3 demonstration they gave for FF15 and tell me that doesn't look craptastic.

After having played the demos, I've almost completely written the game off.

Agree with Conan, that game looks ridiculous.
