That being the 2554 AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST -- better known as the Warthog from Halo. The vehicle will be available to all Forza Horizon 3 players who have played either Halo 5 or The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One. And for those that haven't played a Halo game on Xbox One, the Warthog will be up for grabs via a special #Forzathon event in October.

Here's a clip of the Warthog in action. We're assuming it was made without the weird vehicle controls seen in the original Halo. Oh, and it only seems fitting that we're going to get to drive a Warthog around a fictionalised version of the Australian outback.

With Forza Horizon 3 due for release later this month, on September 27, for both Xbox One and Windows 10, Microsoft has released the recommended PC specs for the game. Which will be what you need to run it at 1080p/60fps. Forza Horizon 3 is a DirectX 12 title, meaning that it'll require Windows 10.

CPU: i7 3820 @ 3.6GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 970 or NVIDIA GTX 1060 / AMD R9 290X or AMD RX 480 (4GB VRAM recommended)
RAM: 12GB
HDD: 55GB of space required
OS: Windows 10 Anniversary Edition

Wheel support is also expected, though details on that have yet to be announced.
