With the PC update, er, date, still to be determined. Currently the new UI, which will also debut with Battlefield 1 is available on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Battlefield 4. Basically it's a redesign of the interface that will allow players to switch between games as well as easily access things like multiplayer, campaign, career details, community events, and more.

It's actually pretty slick. Here's a quick little demo of what it looks like in action.
