Hey look, it's another reminder that you still need to play Beyond Good and Evil. And perhaps its inclusion here is a clue that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is coming. Or, still in development somewhere in one of Ubisoft's dozens of studios. #fingerscrossed. Anyway, Microsoft has announced its lineup of free games for Xbox Live Gold members in August. And it's a pretty solid list of gamin'.

For the Xbox One there's Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate from August 1, which is one of those hack-n-slash Dynasty Warriors type games. From August 16 there's WWE 2K16, a wrasslin' game to please all the wrasslin' fans out there. On Xbox 360, the first half of the month has the classic indie title Spelunky with the second half of the month featuring the all-time classic Beyond Good and Evil HD. Both titles will of course be playable on Xbox One via the console's backwards capability feature.

Cue the trailer!
