Like customisable resolutions, vertical sync, support for 4K textures, dynamic field of view, a benchmark mode, and customisable controls. Plus, the ability to play co-operatively with Xbox One users. In a new interview with Digital Foundry, Gears of War 4 developer The Coalition opened up about the technical side of the game and its plans for the PC version.

Sure, it's still a Universal Windows Platform title. But it sounds like the recent updates to the Windows 10 specific platform will benefit Gears. The Coalition's Mike Rayner explains,

Our focus on PC is to deliver a highly optimised, customisable experience first and foremost. Support for v-sync tearing has recently come to UWP and we will be able to offer proper unlocked frame-rate support that gamers expect on day one. With Unreal Engine 4 and our own custom modifications, we can take much better advantage of multiple CPU cores, alleviating the game from being CPU-bound and allowing more room for the GPU to shine with enhanced visual quality or higher framerates. Single player will not be locked to 30fps on PC.

The developers also confirmed that it has learned a lot from the somewhat botched Gears of War: Ultimate Edition PC launch, and is actively putting more resources into a much smoother PC launch for Gears of War 4.
