The main open world city-hub in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is set in a futuristic version of Prague, and the game begins in the poorer parts of the city where the augmented (Aug) citizens live and are constantly harassed by law enforcement. In a new look at the game developer Eidos Montreal gives us a closer look at the world, some of the quests, and options you'll have when the game launches in a few months time.

With the full game set for release on August 23 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One its safe to say that this is a look at an almost final version of the game. And it looks pretty impressive, outside of a weird jump and climb animation. Starting off in protagonist Adam Jensen's apartment we get a good look at the interface and interactivity in the game. Plus, watch him take a shower and wipe his augmented hand on the glass to show off the game engine's condensation capabilities. Which are pretty impressive.

As is the world of Prague, the citizens, and sense of a lived in world where augmented citizens have been thrown to the wayside. In addition to exploration the video also showcases different versions of combat progression, from aggressive run in an shoot stuff through the more stealthy and silent approach. And it all looks great.
