Grunge music, weird haircuts, and copies of both the interactive Seinfeld CD-ROM and Jurassic Park on VHS sitting in the background. You'd be hard pressed to a find a more '90s video than this one. Created by Sega in the mid-'90s as a training video meets documentary or sorts for, let's say prospective employees, its a fascinating look at a time when the Sega 32X was still a thing. And game testers recorded play-throughs on VHS recorders in very early iterations of what we now call Let's Play videos.
This is SEGA TEST (1996) Director JOHN JANSEN from Green Mill Filmworks on Vimeo.
It's not all fun times in stone-wash jeans and smoke breaks, as some of the testers freely admit to 90 to 100 hour work weeks. Which, is a lot. And a kind of exploitation.
But anyway, whiteboards with printed grids on them. Totally '90s.

It also looks like SEGA hired some interesting characters back in the day to do their testing!
