Both the Warhammer and the Warhammer 40K license seem to be getting a lot of love these days, and with some great looking games on the horizon. Just yesterday the third game in the brilliant Dawn of War franchise from Relic was announced, with a grim and awesome looking cinematic trailer. And today, thanks to PCGamer we've got the first screens of that game in action. Plus, a trailer for something called Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, a new action-RPG set in the 40K universe that looks very cool.

Onto the Dawn of War III screens!

As you can probably figure out what we see here is a battle between the Space Marines and the Eldar, who've looked to have adopted a brighter green than usual. As the style of the game is said to be a mix of the first two games, you can already get a sense of large scale battles, with a helping of hero-based combat.

And now here's a look at Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, a new action-RPG that blends destructible environments with cover-based combat. This new video showcases the engine and cover system. Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is being developed for PC, PS4, and Xbox One and cones from developer NeocoreGames.
