With the recent release of the Whispers of the Old Gods expansion for the popular card-battle game from Blizzard, one that introduces a bunch of new cards and different ways to play, you'd think that it would be a little daunting to start playing now. Well, you'd be wrong.
If you're brand new to Hearthstone, you probably won't know just how much has changed. To you, Blizzard's Warcraft-themed Collectible Card Game will be as confusing as any other videogame rendition of a CCG. But I returned to Hearthstone for the Whispers of the Old Gods expansion as a lapsed addict, and I was expecting the worst. Instead, what I got was the most refined the game has ever been.
