Which means that the game launched without Guile. Who knew. Anyway the veteran Street Fighter character is finally coming to the game and will be made available to all players later for free this month. In other Street Fighter V news Capcom plans on introducing a new measure to combat rage quitters, namely one that will lock them out of matchmaking for a period of time.
