May is going to be a busy month for bright colourful first-person shooter things with a huge line-up of characters, with both Battleborn from Gearbox Software and Overwatch from Blizzard set to debut. Of the two Battleborn seems to feature multiplayer more akin to a first-person MOBA, as seen in the recently announced Incursion mode, which pits two teams, a bunch of minions, objectives and power-ups in a changing war-zone.

Here's a new video going over this new mode. As you can see it look fairly involved, with level-progression, XP, building up defenses, and pushing forward. And it looks like a lot of fun too.

Battleborn will be out May 3 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
