Trine developer Frozenbyte has released a demo for its latest game, the time-bending stealth-based Shadwen. And in a very interesting twist the more people play the newly released demo, the lower the launch price will be when the game is officially released. By tracking a cumulative community score, the higher the number gets the lower the price drops.

The following trailer goes into some detail about the promotion, as well as showcase some Shadwen stealth gameplay. The physics based game looks fairly interesting and features a mechanic whereby time stops when you're not moving Shadwen, and even going so far as to give players the ability to manipulate time and rewind things for a different stealth approach.

And before you can say "Free Game!" there's obviously a limit to how low it'll go. The Shadwen demo is currently available on Steam, GOG, and the Humble Store.
