Nintendo will be broadcasting a new Nintendo Direct this Friday at 9am AEDT to provide updates on upcoming Wii U and 3DS titles. This will be the first Nintendo Direct since the tragic passing of Satoru Iwata, who served as presenter since they first began in 2011. This new broadcast will be hosted by Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata.

The broadcast will be streamed via the Nintendo Direct site. Nintendo has noted that this presentation will not feature any information about the NX (the company's upcoming new console) or their mobile endeavors.
