The forthcoming gameplay add-on for Batman: Arkham Knight featuring Batgirl (and Robin) in a Batman-free outing has just had its trailer drop, and for fans of the game series or Batman in general, it looks slick.

When The Joker kidnaps Commissioner Gordon and holds him hostage at the Seagate Amusement Park, Batgirl and Robin must fight against the odds to save him and avoid falling victim to The Joker’s sinister plan. Trained by Batman, Batgirl’s combat combines with unparalleled hacking abilities to take down enemies, control objects and solve puzzles.
The narrative actually takes place before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum, likely setting up the game that kicked this whole Bat affair off, and is free for anyone who already grabbed the Batman: Arkham Knight Season Pass, otherwise it's around $10 on Xbox One and PS4 this July 15. No mention of PC in the press release, but given the desktop hurdles faced at launch, hopefully that's just to make sure it's actually ready.

it looks like they're using the wrong robin.

Yeah, I also think the Joker model is slightly different. It's WB Games Montreal, so I reckon they've just gone with their own character models, which is kind of weird

But if it takes place before Arkham Asylum perhaps it's not the Tim Drake 'Robin' that is in Arkham Knight but Richard Grayson or Jason Todd?

yeah but it looks like it's tim drake since the robin in the trailer has a shaved head.

True, well I'm a little disappointed I was going to get the season pass since the DLC has new stories to discover but if it's sub par I may just leave it as it is.

Although Batgirl does look sexy...

I would kill for an Arrow DLC like this there was alot of Queen Industries stuff in Gotham.

Is Rocksteady making any of the DLC or is it all being farmed out to lesser studios? Sounds like the Batgirl one is pretty average and really short, I just hope thats not setting the precedent for anything else thats to follow.
