We either love or hate April Fools in the era of the Internet and connectivity, and usually the day(s) it now spans in our periphery, but every once in a while a decent outcome can emerge from some of the days' shenanigans, as Techland will prove this year in Dying Light.
Just an hour ago the Global Relief Effort (GRE) sent through a notification that for one day only a batch Antizin had been tainted and that survivors could "experience odd side-effects for up to 24 hours".
"All undelivered Antizin crates have been destroyed, and we would like to assure the survivors that untainted drops will resume as of April 2nd. We urge all the survivors to use extreme care when exhibiting symptoms of the contaminated Antizin injections.” – says Hudson Jenkins, spokesman for the GRE.
The accompanying broadcast warning video will shed some light on just what some of these "side-effects" could be.
