The follow-up add-on content for The Evil Within's The Assignment, Consequence, will be arriving on April 21 and continues Julie Kidman's parallel story of events to those we played through in the base game.

The trailer embedded below doesn't really give anything away, other than the sound of a pistol cocking, so we're at least going to be armed this time around. Though the intensity surrounding some of the hide-and-seek gameplay of The Assignment was one of its standout features alongside the uniqueness of the content's creatures.

If you haven't played The Assignment yet, we'll have a write-up on what it's all about a little later on, but just know that, while short, it's a puzzle-filled fun and intense slice of gameplay that compliments The Evil Within very well.
