Shelter 2, the Lynx-based sequel to 2013's Badger-based survival game, has been dated for March 9th, on Mac and PC, having been delayed from an intended February launch.

“We are currently polishing it and making sure its as good as can be. A lot of interesting features has been added this last sprint and hope that our fans will understand and forgive the delay,” developer Might and Delight said (via Destructoid).

Pre-ordering will become available from February 25th on Steam, and those who do pledge ahead of its release will receive the game’s soundtrack and a skin for the mother lynx.
