In what is most likely a first for Australian cinema, Village Cinemas will be hosting an exclusive live streaming of League of Legends' 2014 Championship Series Grand Final out of Seoul, South Korea.

The event will take place at Village Cinemas Crown in Melbourne on October 19th from 5.30pm, with tickets priced at $20 which apparently includes a bucket of popcorn.

Village Cinemas General Manager of Sales & Marketing, Mohit Bhargava, said: “League of Legends has taken the gaming world by storm and we are thrilled to be able to offer our customers this exclusive screening of the Grand Final beamed from Seoul.

“The atmosphere in our cinema will be electric as the finalists of the Championship go head to head for this major title.”

You can find out all the details over at Village Cinemas official website.

This is pretty awesome, wish it was for DotA2 though and in Sydney but for LoL fans this would be cool.
