After launching only four days ago, developer inXile Entertainment has announced that their cRPG Wasteland 2 has passed an impressive milestone of $1.5 million in sales revenue. A lot of people like the classic RPG genre.

“We are ecstatic that the style of game we love so much has been embraced so well,” said inXile Entertainment’s Brian Fargo. To put it into perspective, the developer originally hit up crowdfunding website Kickstarter, where it raised $2.9 million from over 61,000 backers and an extended $110,000 through the website's PayPal.

Wasteland 2 is available now through Steam. If you need to know why the game is selling so well, check out the launch trailer below for a hint.

You might want to mention that the game is also available on GOG.com: http://www.gog.com/game/wasteland_2_digital_classic_edition

They even give store credit (aka buy a game for free), much more worth it than Steam. :-)
