After launching nearly two years ago on PC, horror title Slender: The Arrival will soon be heading onto consoles come September 23rd for PlayStation 3 and September 24th for Xbox 360 according to a new PlayStation Blog post.

Developer Blue Isle Studios says it will add more levels, new characters and "more stories to uncover," to the console editions, which will cost $10 in the PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace.

"Over the past two years we've gotten literally thousands of messages from Playstation fans asking us to bring the game to PS3," Blue Isle founder and creative director Alex Tintor wrote on the PlayStation Blog.

"We knew it would be a lot of hard work, but we totally agreed. The ultimate Slender Man experience had to be from the comfort of your living room on a big screen TV."
