Mortal Kombat fans rejoice, as Warner Bros. Entertainment Australia announced over the weekend that the next title in the fighting series, Mortal Kombat X, will be launching on April 15th, 2015.

Of course, this is quite some big news as many fans have been eagerly awaiting the next installment in the very long running stick fighter, however there is even bigger news: Goro is back. Before you get excited, there is a catch with Goro's return, in that he will only be available as a pre-order bonus. Luckily, the bonus applies to all pre-orders, and isn't retailer specific so you should be able to secure a copy of Goro quite easily.

Mortal Kombat X will be launching on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
