While it was announced last week that Team Ninja would be once again taking up the reigns of a new Dead or Alive 5, today marks the first official look at the game in motion.

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round will include the largest roster of characters in a Dead or Alive game, over 300 unlockable costumes and a variety of hairstyles and accessory options. It's unclear how much of Dead or Alive 5's previous downloadable content will be included in Last Round, but rosters, costume and accessories from Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate and purchased downloadable content "will be transferable from last gen consoles to the PS4 and Xbox One."

Team Ninja leader Yosuke Hayashi says the current generation of console hardware "is allowing us to create the most graphically striking version of any Dead or Alive game ever." It will also be available on previous-gen consoles, though only in digital form.
