Destiny is, by now, a house-hold name. With more than 4 million participants in the game's beta test, it's safe to assume Destiny is destined for big things.

Today at Gamescom Bungie and Activision pulled the curtain back a bit on the competitive multiplayer side of things, revealing a few new locations as well as new game modes, and didn't once mention the Traveler or the encroaching Darkness. Destiny is due to launch on PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 this September.
