Publisher Deep Silver shared a new trailer today for its upcoming free-to-play zombie-laden MOBA Dead Island: Epidemic, showing just what kind of mayhem players will be up against when the full game launches.

In Dead Island: Epidemic, teams of three players each fight one another and hordes of zombies as they struggle to survive the outbreak. The gameplay trailer below offers players a rundown of what types of enemies they will be up against and how to combat them. The video also introduces a handful of weapons that will be available in the game, like the fire axe - which is literally an axe that shoots fire.

Dead Island: Epidemic is currently available through Steam Early Access, though getting in early does come with a price tag.
