The first gameplay for the recently announced Mortal Kombat X was shown off during Sony's E3 2014 PlayStation media Briefing, and now we can see a little bit more, courtesy of the official PlayStation blog.

PS Blog has been touring the demos at Sony's E3 booth, and in the clip below they get a walkthrough of Mortal Kombat X with Netherealm Studios head, and series co-creator Ed Boon.

Two fights are show, one of Scorpion versus D'Vorah, and the other of Sub-zero versus Ferra/Torr, both with fancy finishing movies, and quick look at the way the game will offer several character variants for each fighter.

Mortal Kombat X is in the works for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 for 2015.
