Faith is getting a rather in-depth makeover in DICE's upcoming sequel to 2008 parkour title Mirror's Edge, with new conceptual gameplay footage revealing itself during Electronic Arts' E3 2014 conference.

With an emphasis on speed and mobility, protagonist Faith will be moving along at a faster and more smoother pace in Mirror's Edge 2 according to the new conceptual gameplay footage. In it, developer DICE reveals that Faith will be able to manoeuvre a lot more compared to her original self thanks in-part to a number of changes in how she interacts with the environment. The changes are also reflected upon real-world examples from "parkour artists," who DICE have employed to help conceptualise a more improved movement system.

Check it out below. Mirror's Edge 2 is expected to be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime in the near future.
