After being spotted on the Steam Database yesterday, Capcom has today officially confirmed that PC players on Steam will be getting the originally Xbox One exclusive title Dead Rising 3.

The critically acclaimed Xbox One exclusive launch title Dead Rising 3 will be available for PC digital download on Steam globally and a retail version for Windows PC in Summer 2014. PC gamers will be able to experience the hordes of horror at high PC resolutions with fully optimized visuals for the wide screen, upgraded textures on characters, backgrounds and in-game objects.

Dead Rising 3 on PC will also include a number of Steam goodies such as achievements, Steam Cloud, Steam Trading Cards, global leaderboards and full game controller support. Capcom notes that players will be able to switch on-the-fly with keyboard and mouse or controller.

Dead Rising 3's system specs have also been released, which you can check out in full over at Steam but for those wanting to hit the highest quality you'll be in need of a GeForce GTX 670 2GB or ATI Radeon 7970 2GB and a Intel Core i5-4570 CPU or AMD equivalent. Ouch. Check out the trailer below for all the hilarious zombie action.
