According to the GameTrailers and Spike TV
coverage schedule for the rapidly approaching E3 2014 expo, the new game from Burnout developer, and former Need for Speed custodians) Criterion Games is expected to be among the big reveals from publisher Electronic Arts (thanks
Polygon).
Unlike the leaking-like-a-sieve
Battlefield: Hardline, EA seems to have been able to keep a lid on anything about Criterion's new game, but a couple of reports from
last year of a so-called "Project Zero" suggest that it won't be a new burnout game, and it's not a racing game.
Criterion has been best known for its arcade racing titles, and earned some critical acclaim with the 2006 first person shooter Black. However, a sequel to Black has also been ruled out, so it's still anyone's guess as to what Project Zero might be. Stay Tuned.
