With only a few days to go until this year's E3, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has taken it upon themselves to unveil a new trailer for Gauntlet, the upcoming, modernised, reboot of the celebrated arcade dungeon crawler by developer Arrowhead Game Studios.

Fans of the old school dungeon crawler will instantly pick out some of the classic arcade sounds being used, with the trailer also taking a look at how enemy generators work within the updated art style and camera angle. Dungeons will also be utilising a procedurally generated format, so don't expect everything to be the same come your adventures in Gauntlet.

Gauntlet will be available exclusively for PC via Steam on September 3rd. Pre-orders are now available through selected retailers, with pre-order players receiving a limited-time, exclusive free digital comic -- Gauntlet: Darkness Calls -- from DC Entertainment, which details the origins of the Gauntlet’s most vile master Morak.
