Ahead of the craziness of E3, Bethesda invited AusGamers out to a more intimate lights-off hands-on session with their first true foray into the survival-horror space via Shinji Mikami and his Tango Gameworks -- The Evil Within.

Following a showing of an action-heavy sequence in hands-off form at PAX East recently, where the crowd walked away dubious of the product, the publisher and developer set up sections from two chapters in the game -- all of which served up equal doses of dread, terror, action and downright creepiness.
