Transistor, the sci-fi themed action RPG from Supergiant Games, is now available for pre-order on both Steam for PC and the PlayStation Store.

Creators of Bastion, Supergiant unveiled Transistor last year, inviting "players to wield an extraordinary weapon of unknown origin as they explore a stunning futuristic city” in an action RPG. Red, the heroine of the game, controls the titular Transistor, and she is on a mission to figure out the weapon's mysteries as well as find the people who tried to kill her with it.

Additionally, Supergiant revealed that for the PS4 version of Transistor, the DualShock 4 light bar will flash in sync when the Transistor speaks. The game also features 30 Trophies, including a Platinum Trophy, and supports Vita Remote Play and content sharing via the Share button. The Windows PC version will feature full controller support, remappable controls, and Steamworks integration including cloud saving, achievements and Steam Trading Cards.

Transistor will be launching on PlayStation 4 and PC come May 21st, and is available at a price tag of $19.99.
