AusGamers was recently invited to get hands-on with an almost finished build of Watch_Dogs to prove those delays were worth it, and to have one final look at the game before it's released next month.

Naren Hooson took on the difficult task of hacking this newest build of the game for us, and despite not being able to do donuts in any of the cars, felt like the wait has been worth it. He discusses character progression, how the city feels alive, driving and evasion, multiplayer and the second-screen appearance and more.

Are you forced to walk everywhere? I noticed you said that the iOS, Android thingies can only connect with console players. That kinda sucks. I would have liked to have seen some sort of co-op mode. Perhaps a scenario where the ctos things are set to ultra-hard mode, so you and a buddy need to team up to take it down.
