Interceptor Entertainment, the developer currently embroiled in a lawsuit with Gearbox Software over the IP rights of the Duke Nukem franchise has launched a new teaser website for its upcoming game at nogumneeded.com.

Visitors to the previous teaser site alloutofgum.com -- which had been established by the developer to promote what was supposed to be a Duke Nukem themed real-time strategy game titled Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction -- are now being redirected to nogumneeded, where a single image of a bomb with a 29 day fuse can be found.

Although we can't confirm at this time, obvious speculation is that Interceptor has likely overahuled its unannounced Duke Nukem game to remove traces of the infringing license and launch it as a different property while the lawsuit is ongoing. Whatever it is, judging from the teaser bomb timer, we'll be finding out next month.
