Guild Wars 2 players will be happy to know that the long-awaited April 2014 Feature Pack has now arrived for ArenaNet's buy-to-play MMO, bring a number of updates "focused on features and game systems."
The features are large and the patch notes even larger, all of which are available free of charge as per the usual Guild Wars 2 content system. Of note, changes include account-wide wardrobes that will make it easier to customize your look at any time and to share cosmetic items across all the characters on your account, the introduction of megaservers (only in level 1–15 maps, main cities, and the PvP lobby) and of course a huge amount of social play improvements plus class changes.
All this and more can be read through the
April 2014 Feature Pack splash page, with the rather large patch notes available
over here. According to ArenaNet we can expect these rather large feature packs to become the norm in-between living world releases, so expect the next one sometime next year if history is to repeat itself.
