Following his recent appointment as head of Microsoft's Xbox division, Phil Spencer is touting a "gamers first" focus on the Xbox platforms.

Speaking with Xbox Community figurehead Larry Hryb, Spencer has a lot of constructive things to say about the path forward for Xbox, acknowledging the benefits of better community interaction and feedback, and promising a big showing for the platform at this year's E3 expo.

There's a lot of good words here from Xbox's new leader, let's hope he can make good on some of it.
